Pelikan 120

On May 23, 1955, Pelikan entered the market of school fountain pens with model 120. With its design and construction based on model 140, model 120 was a school pen modified from adult fountain pens. Model 120 was equipped with a gold-plated steel nib and had a partially transparent non-striped barrel. The serial number was engraved on the barrel to prevent mix-ups at school. In 1960, Pelikano (model 1) was introduced as another school pen⁾. From then on, both model 120 and Pelikano were advertised as school pens. Model 120 was discontinued on May 23, 1965.
